1. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by AMQ Store.
  • An advance payment of Rs. 250 via bank transfer is required to confirm your order (non-refundable).
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
  • In some cases, full payment may be required before processing.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on select products only and will be specified at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only on selected items. You will be notified during checkout if COD applies to your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery charges of Rs. 250 apply to all orders.
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 – 7 working days (depending on your location).
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, courier service issues, or weather conditions.
  • Tracking details will be shared with you via WhatsApp or Email after order confirmation.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Refunds are not offered once an order has been confirmed and processed.
  • Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • An unboxing video and clear images are required as proof for claims.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Your personal data (name, contact number, address) is collected only to process and ship your order.
We do not share your details with third parties except where necessary for delivery purposes.
